These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.sumeo.com and any related websites, products, services, content, features, or communications operated by SUMEO (“SUMEO,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By visiting our website, placing an order, creating an account, subscribing to our emails, or using our products or services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or purchase our products.

1. Overview

SUMEO offers bathing, body care, fragrance, and beauty device products, including but not limited to Bubble Serum, Scent Pods, Bubble Maker devices, Clickers, accessories, bundles, and related products.

Our products are designed for personal adult bathing and wellness routines. They are not toys and should be used only as directed.

2. Eligibility

By using our website or purchasing our products, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state, province, or country of residence, or that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

You may not use our website, products, or services for any unlawful, unsafe, abusive, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose.

3. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, ingredients, specifications, pricing, availability, and other information on our website are accurate and up to date.

However, we do not guarantee that all information on our website is complete, current, or error-free. Product packaging, ingredients, device specifications, colors, materials, features, and availability may vary or change from time to time.

The images shown on our website are for reference only. Actual products may vary slightly due to production, packaging, photography, lighting, screen settings, or product updates.

4. Product Use and Safety

SUMEO products must be used only according to the instructions, warnings, and safety information provided on our website, packaging, product manuals, or other official SUMEO materials.

Bubble Serum and Scent Pods are intended for external use only. Do not ingest. Avoid direct contact with eyes. Discontinue use if irritation, discomfort, or an allergic reaction occurs.

Bubble Maker devices and Clickers are electronic products. Use them only as directed. Do not disassemble, modify, puncture, crush, burn, submerge beyond stated product guidelines, or expose them to unsafe conditions.

SUMEO products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Any skincare, wellness, fragrance, or bathing-related information provided by SUMEO is for general informational purposes only and is not medical advice.

If you have sensitive skin, allergies, skin conditions, respiratory sensitivities, pregnancy-related concerns, or any medical condition, please consult a qualified healthcare professional before use.

5. Not a Toy

SUMEO products are designed for adult bathing and wellness routines.

They are not toys and are not intended for children. Keep products, liquids, Scent Pods, small parts, packaging materials, batteries, and electronic accessories away from children and pets unless otherwise stated.

Adult supervision is required if any product is used in a household where children or pets are present.

6. Orders

When you place an order on our website, you agree that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and current.

After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation email. This email confirms that we have received your order, but it does not guarantee acceptance of the order.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, limit, or modify any order at our discretion, including but not limited to cases involving:

• Incorrect pricing or product information
• Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity
• Product availability issues
• Shipping restrictions
• Payment issues
• Violation of these Terms
• Orders placed by resellers, bots, or automated systems

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue a refund to the original payment method, unless otherwise required by law.

7. Prepaid Plans

SUMEO may offer prepaid plans for selected products, including but not limited to Bubble Serum, Scent Pods, refills, bundles, accessories, or other recurring-use products.

A prepaid plan means you pay once upfront for a defined plan period, such as a half-year plan or annual plan, and receive the included products according to the delivery schedule shown on the product page, checkout page, or order confirmation.

Unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout, SUMEO prepaid plans do not automatically renew. You will not be charged again at the end of the prepaid plan period unless you separately purchase another plan or expressly enroll in an auto-renewing subscription in the future.

Prepaid plan shipments may be delivered all at once or in multiple scheduled shipments. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed and may vary due to inventory availability, production timing, fulfillment location, carrier delays, customs processing, product updates, holidays, or other operational factors.

8. Gift Redemption Vouchers

Certain SUMEO prepaid plans may include gift redemption vouchers that can be shared with friends or family.

For example, a Half-Year Prepaid Plan may include one gift redemption voucher, and an Annual Prepaid Plan may include three gift redemption vouchers. The exact number of vouchers, eligible products, redemption value, expiration date, and any shipping or regional restrictions will be shown on the product page, checkout page, voucher email, or order confirmation.

Gift redemption vouchers may be used only to redeem eligible SUMEO product sets as specified at the time of purchase. Each voucher may be used only once.

Gift redemption vouchers have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash, refunded, exchanged for store credit, applied to previous purchases, resold, or used for unauthorized commercial purposes.

Unless clearly stated otherwise, gift redemption vouchers cover only the eligible product set. Shipping fees, taxes, duties, customs fees, brokerage fees, VAT, GST, or other local charges may apply depending on the recipient’s location.

If a prepaid plan is canceled, refunded, reversed, charged back, or found to be fraudulent, any unused gift redemption vouchers associated with that prepaid plan may be canceled. If a gift redemption voucher has already been used before the prepaid plan is canceled or refunded, SUMEO may deduct the retail value of the redeemed product set, plus any applicable shipping fees, taxes, duties, or handling costs, from any eligible refund.

9. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prices, discounts, promotions, bundles, product availability, and shipping fees may change at any time without notice.

We use third-party payment processors to process payments securely. By submitting payment information, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge the applicable amount for your order, including taxes, shipping, and any other applicable fees.

We do not store full credit card numbers.

10. Taxes, Duties, and Customs

Prices shown on our website may not include taxes, import duties, customs fees, brokerage fees, VAT, GST, or other charges required by your country, state, province, or local authority.

For international orders, you are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or local charges unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, import restrictions, or local delivery procedures.

11. Shipping and Delivery

SUMEO ships from multiple fulfillment locations.

Orders shipping to the United States and Canada may be fulfilled from our logistics center in California, USA.

Orders shipping to other regions may be fulfilled from our logistics center in China or another international fulfillment partner.

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, weather, local holidays, high order volume, incorrect shipping information, or other factors outside our control.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you when the order is delivered to the shipping address provided, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

12. Address Accuracy

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

SUMEO is not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, returned, or delivered incorrectly due to inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated shipping information provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal, or failure to collect the package, additional shipping fees may apply.

13. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Certain products may not be eligible for return once opened or used, including but not limited to personal care products, skincare-related products, fragrance products, liquids, Scent Pods, and hygiene-sensitive items.

Beauty devices and electronic accessories may be eligible for return or exchange only if they meet the conditions stated in our Return & Refund Policy.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with our policy.

14. Promotions and Discount Codes

From time to time, SUMEO may offer promotions, discounts, bundles, referral offers, or limited-time campaigns.

Promotions are subject to their stated terms and may be changed, suspended, or canceled at any time.

Discount codes:

• Must be used before expiration
• Cannot be redeemed for cash
• May not be combined with other offers unless stated
• May be limited to certain products, regions, or customers
• May be canceled if used fraudulently or in violation of these Terms

15. Pre-Orders and Limited Releases

Some products may be offered as pre-orders, early access items, limited releases, or backorder items.

Estimated shipping dates are provided for convenience only and may change due to production, testing, logistics, customs, or other operational reasons.

By purchasing a pre-order item, you understand that the product may not ship immediately.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we may ship them together or separately at our discretion.

16. Product Updates and Improvements

SUMEO may update, improve, modify, or discontinue products, packaging, components, formulas, device specifications, accessories, features, colors, or materials at any time.

Such updates may occur without prior notice, provided the product remains consistent with its general intended use.

17. Warranty Disclaimer

Except where expressly stated in a written warranty provided by SUMEO, our products and services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SUMEO disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and availability.

This disclaimer does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SUMEO and its owners, employees, contractors, partners, suppliers, service providers, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from your use of our website, products, or services.

This includes but is not limited to damages related to:

• Improper product use
• Failure to follow instructions
• Allergic reactions or sensitivities
• Device misuse, modification, or damage
• Shipping delays
• Website interruptions
• Data loss
• Lost profits or business interruption

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a product or order will not exceed the amount you paid for that product or order.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.

19. User Content

If you submit, upload, tag, post, email, or otherwise share reviews, photos, videos, comments, testimonials, feedback, ideas, or other content with SUMEO, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, display, distribute, and promote that content in connection with our business.

This may include use on our website, social media, advertising, email marketing, product pages, retail materials, and other brand communications.

You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to any content you submit and that your content does not violate the rights of any third party.

We reserve the right to remove or refuse any user content at our discretion.

20. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, videos, product names, product designs, logos, trademarks, icons, packaging, layouts, photography, copy, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to SUMEO.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, resell, exploit, or use any SUMEO content without our prior written permission.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights in SUMEO’s intellectual property.
