This Return & Refund Policy explains how returns, refunds, exchanges, damaged items, and order issues are handled for purchases made through www.sumeo.com.

By placing an order with SUMEO, you agree to this Return & Refund Policy.

1. Return Window

We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Purchased directly from www.sumeo.com
  • Returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Unused and in its original condition
  • In its original packaging
  • Complete with all included accessories, manuals, parts, gifts, and packaging materials
  • Approved by SUMEO before being sent back

Items sent back without first contacting us may not be accepted.

2. Products Eligible for Return

Bubble Maker, Clicker, and Electronic Accessories

Bubble Maker devices, Clickers, and eligible electronic accessories may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all accessories included.

Products must not show signs of wear, water exposure, misuse, damage, disassembly, modification, or improper handling.

Unopened Bubble Serum and Scent Pods

Bubble Serum, Scent Pods, fragrance-related products, and other personal care items may be returned only if they are unopened, unused, sealed, and in their original packaging.

For safety and hygiene reasons, opened or used personal care, skincare, fragrance, liquid, or scent products cannot be returned.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used Bubble Serum
  • Opened or used Scent Pods
  • Opened fragrance-related products
  • Opened or used personal care products
  • Products with broken seals or damaged hygiene packaging
  • Items showing signs of use, water exposure, wear, damage, misuse, or modification
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items
  • Free gifts, samples, promotional items, or mystery gifts
  • Products not purchased directly from www.sumeo.com
  • Items returned without prior approval
  • Items returned after the 30-day return window

4. How to Start a Return

To start a return, email us at: info@sumeo.com

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • The email address used to place the order
  • The item you would like to return
  • The reason for the return
  • Photos of the item and packaging, if requested

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions. Depending on your location and product type, we may provide a return address in the United States, China, or another designated return location.

Please do not send products back to the original shipping address unless we specifically instruct you to do so.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law or unless the return is due to an error by SUMEO.

For international returns, customers are responsible for any return shipping costs, customs fees, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges associated with returning the item.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. SUMEO is not responsible for return packages that are lost, delayed, damaged, or not received.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow time for your bank, credit card company, or payment provider to process and post the refund.

Refunds may exclude:

  • Original shipping fees
  • Return shipping fees
  • Customs duties
  • Import taxes
  • Brokerage fees
  • Gift wrapping fees
  • Route protection, shipping insurance, or similar optional services
  • Discounts, promotional credits, or free gifts

If an item is returned incomplete, damaged, used, opened, or not in its original condition, we may refuse the return or deduct a reasonable amount from the refund.

7. Exchanges

We currently do not guarantee direct exchanges for all products.

If you would like a different item, color, bundle, or version, the fastest option is usually to return the eligible item and place a new order.

For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on product availability and the nature of the issue.

8. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos or videos showing the issue
  • Photos of the outer shipping box
  • Photos of the product packaging
  • Photos of the product itself

After reviewing your case, we may offer a replacement, refund, store credit, repair support, or another appropriate solution.

Please keep the product, packaging, and shipping materials until the issue is resolved. We may need them for carrier claims, quality review, or product inspection.

9. Beauty Device and Electronic Product Issues

For Bubble Maker devices, Clickers, and other electronic products, we may ask you to complete basic troubleshooting before approving a return, replacement, or refund.

This may include checking:

  • Charging status
  • Power connection
  • Product installation
  • Water exposure beyond stated product guidelines
  • Whether the correct liquid or accessory was used
  • Whether the product was used according to the instructions

We may request photos or videos to help verify the issue.

Damage caused by misuse, improper cleaning, unauthorized modification, disassembly, use with incompatible liquids, accidental damage, or failure to follow instructions may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

10. Personal Care, Fragrance, and Hygiene-Sensitive Products

For safety and hygiene reasons, Bubble Serum, Scent Pods, fragrance-related products, and other personal care items cannot be returned once opened, used, or unsealed.

This policy helps protect all customers and ensures that personal care and fragrance products are not resold after opening.

If you experience a product issue, allergic reaction, irritation, or sensitivity, please stop using the product immediately and contact us at: info@sumeo.com

We may request photos, batch information, packaging details, and other information so we can review the issue properly.

11. Allergic Reactions or Sensitivities

Everyone’s skin and scent sensitivity is different.

SUMEO products are designed for adult bathing and wellness routines, but individual reactions may vary.

If you have sensitive skin, allergies, skin conditions, fragrance sensitivity, respiratory sensitivity, pregnancy-related concerns, or any medical condition, please review product information carefully and consult a qualified healthcare professional before use.

If irritation, discomfort, allergic reaction, or unexpected sensitivity occurs, discontinue use immediately.

Refunds or replacements for sensitivity-related issues are reviewed case by case and are not guaranteed unless required by law.

12. Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages

If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but you have not received it, please first check your mailbox, parcel locker, front door, building reception, mailroom, household members, neighbors, or local carrier office.

SUMEO is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or miss delivered after the carrier confirms delivery.

However, you may contact us at info@sumeo.com, and we will do our best to help review the situation.

13. Refused, Unclaimed, or Returned Packages

If a package is refused, unclaimed, returned due to failed delivery attempts, unpaid customs fees, incorrect address, or failure to collect the package, we may deduct any original shipping fees, return shipping fees, customs fees, duties, taxes, and handling costs from any eligible refund.

If a package is returned to us and you would like it reshipped, additional shipping fees may apply.

14. Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at: info@sumeo.com

We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has entered processing, fulfillment, packing, or shipment.

If the order has already shipped, it will need to be handled under this Return & Refund Policy.

15. Prepaid Plan Refunds

SUMEO prepaid plans are paid upfront for a defined plan period, such as a half-year plan or annual plan.

Unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout, prepaid plans do not automatically renew.

You may request to cancel the remaining unshipped portion of your prepaid plan by contacting us at: info@sumeo.com

If your request is approved, we may issue a prorated refund for the unshipped portion of your prepaid plan.

Any approved refund may be adjusted based on:

  • Products already shipped
  • Products already processed, packed, or prepared for shipment
  • Discounts applied to the prepaid plan
  • Gift redemption vouchers issued or redeemed
  • Free gifts, samples, mystery gifts, or promotional items included
  • Original shipping fees
  • Return shipping fees
  • Duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, or handling fees
  • Any non-refundable charges permitted by applicable law

Once a scheduled shipment has entered processing, fulfillment, packing, or shipment, it may not be eligible for cancellation or refund.

Bubble Serum, Scent Pods, fragrance-related products, liquids, and personal care products are hygiene-sensitive. Opened, used, unsealed, or damaged products are not eligible for return or refund.

Unopened and unused Bubble Serum or Scent Pods may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery if they are sealed, in original packaging, and approved by SUMEO before being sent back.

Bubble Maker devices, Clickers, and eligible electronic accessories may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, undamaged, and returned in original packaging with all included accessories.

If a prepaid plan includes gift redemption vouchers and the prepaid plan is canceled, refunded, reversed, charged back, or found to be fraudulent, any unused vouchers may be canceled.

If a gift redemption voucher has already been redeemed, SUMEO may deduct the retail value of the redeemed product set, plus any applicable shipping fees, taxes, duties, customs fees, or handling costs, from any eligible refund.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return or cancellation request has been reviewed and approved.


16. Sale Items and Promotional Items

Sale items, limited-time promotional products, discounted bundles, final sale items, free gifts, samples, and mystery gifts may not be eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If an order included a free gift or promotional item, the gift may need to be returned with the original order to receive a full refund.

If the free gift is not returned, its retail value may be deducted from the refund.

17. Purchases From Other Retailers

This policy applies only to purchases made directly through www.sumeo.com.

If you purchased a SUMEO product from another retailer, marketplace, distributor, event, or third-party seller, please contact the original place of purchase for return, refund, or exchange support.

We are not responsible for return or refund policies of third-party sellers.

18. Abuse of Return Policy

We reserve the right to refuse returns, refunds, replacements, or future orders if we believe a customer is abusing this policy, engaging in fraudulent activity, making excessive return requests, submitting false claims, or violating our Terms of Service.

19. Your Legal Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Some jurisdictions may provide additional return, refund, cancellation, warranty, or consumer rights that cannot be excluded or limited by this policy.
