What is the Bubble Clicker?
Bubble Clicker is a simple remote accessory for the Bubble Maker. It can be used as a replacement, backup, or extra button for easier access.
Where should I install the Bubble Maker?
Install it on a clean, dry, smooth bathroom wall surface. Avoid rough, dusty, uneven, or heavily textured surfaces.
Can I move the Bubble Maker after installation?
If you need to move it, remove it carefully and reinstall it on a clean, dry, smooth surface. Make sure it is securely attached before use.
How should I clean my SUMEO products?
Wipe the device gently with a soft damp cloth. Do not use harsh cleaners, abrasive pads, or strong chemicals. Allow the product to dry before long-term storage.
What should I do if the product does not work as expected?
First, check that the product is correctly installed, clean, and used with compatible SUMEO formulas. If the issue continues, please contact SUMEO Support with your order number and a short description of the issue.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and carrier information.
Why has my tracking link not updated?
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the carrier receives your package. If it has been longer than that, please contact us with your order number.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to help. Please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes may not be possible.
