These Sale Terms apply to purchases, promotions, discounts, bundles, gift sets, prepaid plans, gift redemption vouchers, limited-time offers, pre-orders, early access offers, and other sales activities made through www.sumeo.com.

By placing an order with SUMEO, you agree to these Sale Terms, our Terms of Service, Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Prepaid Plan Terms, and Privacy Policy.

1. Overview

SUMEO may offer products, bundles, promotions, discounts, gift sets, prepaid plans, gift redemption vouchers, limited releases, early access offers, pre-orders, gift-with-purchase offers, referral offers, launch offers, or other sales campaigns from time to time.

All offers are subject to availability, eligibility, regional restrictions, product availability, shipping limitations, and the specific terms stated at the time of purchase.

SUMEO reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel, or end any sale, promotion, discount, plan, voucher, or offer at any time, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

2. Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prices shown on our website may change at any time without notice.

We make reasonable efforts to display accurate pricing, product information, discounts, plan details, voucher details, shipping information, and availability. However, errors may occasionally occur.

If a product, plan, voucher offer, or promotion is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error, system error, promotional error, or other mistake, SUMEO reserves the right to cancel or modify the affected order. If payment has already been processed, we will issue a refund to the original payment method for any canceled item or order.

3. Discounts and Promo Codes

Discount codes and promotional offers are subject to their stated terms.

Unless otherwise stated, discount codes:

Must be used before expiration
Cannot be redeemed for cash
Cannot be applied to previous purchases
Cannot be combined with other discounts, offers, bundles, prepaid plan pricing, gift voucher offers, or promotions
May be limited to certain products, collections, regions, customers, order values, or purchase types
May exclude taxes, shipping, duties, gift cards, subscriptions, prepaid plans, pre-orders, limited releases, final sale items, or voucher redemption orders
May be canceled if used fraudulently, improperly, or in violation of these Sale Terms

SUMEO reserves the right to reject, cancel, or reverse any discount or promotional code that is used incorrectly, obtained through unauthorized channels, shared publicly when restricted, or applied to an ineligible order.

4. Sale Prices and Price Adjustments

Sale prices are valid only during the stated promotional period.

SUMEO does not guarantee price adjustments for previous purchases unless clearly stated in the promotion.

If you purchased an item before or after a sale period, the sale price may not be applied retroactively.

Limited-time offers, launch pricing, early access pricing, prepaid plan pricing, private offers, and promotional pricing may differ from regular retail pricing and may not be available again in the future.

5. Bundles, Sets, and Gift Sets

SUMEO may offer product bundles, sets, kits, or gift boxes that include multiple products, such as Bubble Maker devices, Bubble Serum, Scent Pods, Clickers, accessories, refills, gift packaging, or other items.

Bundle pricing applies only when the full bundle is purchased as offered.

If a bundle or gift set is returned, all items in the bundle, including any free gifts, accessories, samples, promotional items, mystery gifts, and packaging, may need to be returned together to receive a full refund.

If only part of a bundle is returned, SUMEO may adjust the refund amount based on the value of the items kept, the original discount applied, any promotional conditions, and any non-refundable charges.

6. Prepaid Plan Offers

SUMEO may offer prepaid plan promotions, including half-year prepaid plans, annual prepaid plans, refill plans, product plans, gift voucher offers, or other plan-based benefits.

A prepaid plan means you pay once upfront for a defined plan period and receive the included products according to the delivery schedule shown on the product page, checkout page, order confirmation, or related plan materials.

Unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout, SUMEO prepaid plans do not automatically renew.

You will be charged once at checkout for the prepaid plan you select. SUMEO will not automatically charge your payment method again at the end of the prepaid plan period unless you separately purchase another plan or expressly enroll in an auto-renewing subscription in the future.

Prepaid plan offers are subject to the specific terms shown on the product page, checkout page, order confirmation, and Prepaid Plan Terms.

Prepaid plan pricing, discounts, gift vouchers, free gifts, and other benefits are offered as part of the full prepaid plan purchase.

If a prepaid plan is canceled, refunded, partially refunded, reversed, charged back, or found to be fraudulent, SUMEO may adjust the refund amount based on products already shipped, products already processed or prepared for shipment, plan discounts used, gift vouchers issued or redeemed, free gifts, promotional items, shipping fees, duties, taxes, customs fees, and other non-refundable charges.

7. Gift Redemption Vouchers

Certain SUMEO prepaid plans may include gift redemption vouchers that can be shared with friends or family.

For example:

A Half-Year Prepaid Plan may include one gift redemption voucher.
An Annual Prepaid Plan may include three gift redemption vouchers.

The exact number of vouchers, eligible products, redemption value, expiration date, and any shipping or regional restrictions will be shown on the product page, checkout page, voucher email, account page, or order confirmation.

Each gift redemption voucher may be used to redeem one eligible SUMEO product set, as specified at the time of purchase or redemption.

Each voucher may be used only once.

Gift redemption vouchers are promotional benefits of the prepaid plan and are not independently refundable.

Unless clearly stated otherwise, gift redemption vouchers have no cash value and cannot be:

Redeemed for cash
Refunded
Exchanged for store credit
Applied to previous purchases
Combined with other discounts or promotions
Resold
Transferred for commercial purposes
Used for unauthorized resale or bulk redemption

If a prepaid plan includes gift vouchers and the customer later requests a cancellation or refund, any unused vouchers may be canceled.

If a voucher has already been redeemed, the retail value of the redeemed product set, plus any applicable shipping fees, taxes, duties, customs fees, brokerage fees, handling fees, or other charges, may be deducted from any eligible refund.

SUMEO reserves the right to cancel, refuse, or limit voucher redemptions if we believe there is fraud, abuse, unauthorized resale, public code sharing, promotional manipulation, excessive redemption activity, or violation of our Sale Terms, Prepaid Plan Terms, or Terms of Service.

8. Voucher Shipping, Taxes, and Duties

Unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout or in the voucher terms, gift redemption vouchers cover only the eligible product set.

Shipping fees, taxes, duties, customs fees, brokerage fees, VAT, GST, or other local charges may apply depending on the recipient’s location.

SUMEO may offer free standard shipping for voucher redemptions in selected regions, but such offers are subject to availability, destination, product type, shipping method, and the specific terms stated at the time of redemption.

Voucher redemption orders are subject to product availability, regional availability, shipping restrictions, carrier limitations, customs requirements, and local regulations.

9. Voucher Expiration

Gift redemption vouchers must be used before the expiration date shown in the voucher email, account page, product page, checkout page, order confirmation, or related voucher materials.

If no expiration date is stated, the voucher will expire 12 months after the original prepaid plan purchase date, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Expired vouchers cannot be reactivated, refunded, replaced, or exchanged for cash.

10. Gift With Purchase and Promotional Gifts

From time to time, SUMEO may offer free gifts, samples, mystery gifts, or promotional items with qualifying purchases.

Gift-with-purchase offers are available while supplies last and may be limited by order value, product type, region, promotion period, or customer eligibility.

Free gifts, samples, mystery gifts, and promotional items:

Have no cash value
Cannot be exchanged for cash or credit
May not be returned separately
May be substituted with a similar item at SUMEO’s discretion
May need to be returned with the original order if the order is returned

If a returned order no longer qualifies for a gift-with-purchase offer, the retail value of the gift may be deducted from the refund if the gift is not returned.

11. Limited Releases

Some SUMEO products, colors, bundles, scents, accessories, vouchers, or gift sets may be released in limited quantities.

Limited release products and offers are subject to availability and may sell out quickly.

Placing an item in your cart does not reserve the item. An order is not confirmed until checkout is completed and payment is successfully processed.

SUMEO reserves the right to limit quantities per customer, household, order, address, payment method, account, IP address, or other identifying information.

12. Pre-Orders, Early Access, and Backorders

Some products may be offered as pre-orders, early access purchases, launch offers, or backordered items.

Estimated shipping dates are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed. Shipping timelines may change due to production, testing, inventory, customs, carrier delays, product improvements, fulfillment location, or other operational factors.

By purchasing a pre-order, early access, or backordered item, you understand that the product may not ship immediately.

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, SUMEO may ship them together or separately at our discretion.

13. Final Sale Items

Certain products may be marked as final sale.

Final sale items are not eligible for return, exchange, cancellation, or refund unless they arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Final sale items may include, but are not limited to:

Opened or used personal care products
Opened or used fragrance-related products
Opened or used Bubble Serum
Opened or used Scent Pods
Limited release items marked final sale
Clearance items
Free gifts, samples, promotional items, or mystery gifts
Products sold at special event pricing
Products clearly identified as final sale at the time of purchase

Please review product details carefully before purchasing final sale items.

14. Personal Care, Fragrance, and Hygiene-Sensitive Products

For safety and hygiene reasons, certain SUMEO products cannot be returned once opened, used, unsealed, or removed from protective packaging.

This may include:

Bubble Serum
Scent Pods
Fragrance-related products
Liquids
Personal care products
Hygiene-sensitive items

This policy helps ensure that personal care and fragrance products are not resold after opening.

15. Electronic Devices and Accessories

SUMEO electronic products, including Bubble Maker devices, Clickers, and related accessories, must be used only as directed.

Sale, promotional, prepaid plan, or voucher pricing does not change product safety requirements, warranty terms, or return eligibility.

Products showing signs of misuse, water exposure beyond stated product guidelines, unauthorized modification, disassembly, accidental damage, incompatible liquid use, or failure to follow instructions may not be eligible for refund, exchange, or replacement.

16. Order Limits and Resale

SUMEO products and offers are intended for personal use.

We reserve the right to limit, reject, cancel, or modify orders, prepaid plans, voucher redemptions, or promotional offers that appear to be placed by resellers, distributors, bots, automated systems, unauthorized third parties, or customers attempting to bypass purchase limits.

This may include orders or redemptions with repeated customer information, shipping addresses, billing addresses, payment methods, IP addresses, accounts, voucher codes, or other indicators of unauthorized resale activity.

17. Taxes, Duties, and Fees

Prices shown on our website may not include applicable sales tax, VAT, GST, import duties, customs fees, brokerage fees, or other charges.

Taxes and shipping fees, where applicable, will be calculated at checkout.

For international orders, customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, customs fees, taxes, brokerage fees, or local charges unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout.

18. Shipping for Sale Items and Prepaid Plans

Sale, promotional, bundle, prepaid plan, voucher redemption, pre-order, and limited release items are subject to our Shipping Policy.

Shipping times shown at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

During launch periods, promotional events, holidays, prepaid plan shipment periods, voucher redemption periods, or high order volume, order processing and delivery may take longer than usual.

SUMEO is based in New York, USA.

Orders shipping to the United States and Canada are generally fulfilled from our warehouse in California, USA.

Orders shipping to other international destinations may be fulfilled from our logistics center in China or another international fulfillment partner.

19. Returns and Refunds for Sale Items and Prepaid Plans

Returns and refunds for sale items, prepaid plans, bundles, promotional items, and voucher-related purchases are subject to our Return & Refund Policy and Prepaid Plan Terms.

Unless otherwise stated, eligible sale items may be returned only if they meet all return requirements.

Items marked final sale are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless they arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or unless otherwise required by applicable law.

For prepaid plans, customers may request to cancel the remaining unshipped portion of the plan. If approved, SUMEO may issue a prorated refund for the unshipped portion, adjusted for products already shipped, products already processed or prepared for shipment, discounts used, gift vouchers issued or redeemed, free gifts, promotional items, shipping fees, taxes, duties, customs fees, handling fees, and other non-refundable charges.

If a discount, bundle, prepaid plan benefit, gift voucher, or gift-with-purchase offer was applied to your order, any refund may be adjusted to reflect the promotion used.

20. Cancellations

Once an order is placed, we begin processing it as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order, scheduled prepaid plan shipment, or voucher redemption order has entered processing, fulfillment, packing, or shipment.

Pre-orders, early access purchases, limited releases, prepaid plans, sale items, and voucher redemptions may have different cancellation terms if stated at the time of purchase or redemption.

21. Abuse of Promotions

SUMEO reserves the right to refuse, cancel, limit, or modify any order, discount, refund, return, prepaid plan, voucher redemption, or promotion if we believe there has been misuse, fraud, abuse, unauthorized resale, manipulation, code sharing, chargeback abuse, or violation of these Sale Terms.

This includes but is not limited to:

Creating multiple accounts to use one-time offers
Using unauthorized discount codes
Sharing private or restricted offers publicly
Sharing voucher codes on public deal sites
Using bots or automated checkout tools
Submitting false information
Abusing returns or refunds
Attempting to resell products without authorization
Redeeming vouchers for commercial resale
Manipulating prepaid plan benefits
Filing improper chargebacks after redeeming voucher benefits

22. Changes to Sale Terms

SUMEO may update these Sale Terms from time to time.

When we update this page, we will revise the “Last updated” date above.

Your continued use of our website or participation in any sale, promotion, prepaid plan, voucher redemption, or offer after changes are posted means you accept the updated Sale Terms.
