How to redeem your gift voucher

If you received a SUMEO gift voucher, you can redeem it during checkout by entering your voucher code before completing your order.

1. Add the eligible SUMEO product or gift set to your cart.
2. Go to checkout.
3. Enter your gift voucher code in the discount or gift card field.
4. Click apply before placing your order.
5. The eligible discount, credit, or product value will be applied automatically.

What can a gift voucher be used for?

SUMEO gift vouchers may be used for eligible SUMEO products, gift sets, or selected ritual packages, depending on the voucher type.

• Gift Set
• Selected prepaid or ritual plans, if stated on the voucher

Voucher terms

Gift vouchers are subject to the terms shown at the time of purchase or issue. Unless required by law, vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.

• Each voucher code may only be used according to its stated terms.
• Some vouchers may be limited to specific products or collections.
• Vouchers may not be combined with certain promotions or discounts.
• Expired, already redeemed, or invalid codes cannot be applied.
• SUMEO reserves the right to review voucher misuse, fraud, or unauthorized resale.

My voucher code is not working

If your voucher code does not apply at checkout, please check the following:

• Make sure the code is entered exactly as shown.
• Check whether the voucher applies to the product in your cart.
• Confirm that the voucher has not expired or already been used.
• Remove other discount codes and try again.
