These Prepaid Plan Terms apply to prepaid plans, prepaid refill plans, gift voucher offers, prepaid bundles, and other prepaid purchase options made through www.sumeo.com.
By purchasing a SUMEO prepaid plan, you agree to these Prepaid Plan Terms, our Terms of Service, Sale Terms, Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy.
1. Overview
SUMEO may offer prepaid plans for selected products, including but not limited to Bubble Serum, Scent Pods, refills, bundles, accessories, gift sets, or other recurring-use products.
A prepaid plan means you pay once upfront for a defined plan period, such as a half-year plan or annual plan, and receive the included products according to the delivery schedule shown on the product page, checkout page, order confirmation, or related plan materials.
2. Not an Auto-Renewing Subscription
Unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout, SUMEO prepaid plans do not automatically renew.
You will be charged once at checkout for the prepaid plan you select.
SUMEO will not automatically charge your payment method again at the end of the prepaid plan period unless you separately purchase another plan or expressly enroll in an auto-renewing subscription in the future.
3. Payment
Your payment method will be charged when you place your prepaid plan order.
The total price shown at checkout may include the prepaid plan price, applicable taxes, shipping fees, and any other charges shown before purchase.
By completing your purchase, you authorize SUMEO and our payment processors to charge your selected payment method for the full prepaid plan amount.
4. What Is Included
The products, quantities, plan length, delivery schedule, gift vouchers, benefits, and any limitations will be shown on the product page, checkout page, order confirmation, or related plan materials.
Prepaid plans may include products or benefits such as:
- Bubble Serum
- Scent Pods
- Refills
- Accessories
- Gift sets
- Scheduled shipments
- Gift redemption vouchers
- Limited-time plan benefits
- Other products or benefits listed at the time of purchase
Please review the plan details carefully before purchasing.
5. Half-Year and Annual Plans
SUMEO may offer different prepaid plan options.
For example:
- A Half-Year Prepaid Plan may include scheduled SUMEO refill shipments for 6 months and one gift redemption voucher.
- An Annual Prepaid Plan may include scheduled SUMEO refill shipments for 12 months and three gift redemption vouchers.
The exact products, quantities, shipment frequency, voucher benefits, and plan details will be shown before purchase.
6. Delivery Schedule
Prepaid plan products may be delivered all at once or in multiple scheduled shipments, depending on the plan shown at checkout.
For example, a half-year or annual prepaid plan may include scheduled refill shipments over the plan period.
Estimated shipment dates and delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Delivery may be affected by inventory availability, production timing, fulfillment location, carrier delays, customs processing, holidays, high order volume, product updates, regional restrictions, or other operational factors.
7. Shipping
Prepaid plan shipments are subject to our Shipping Policy.
SUMEO is based in New York, USA.
Orders shipping to the United States and Canada are generally fulfilled from our warehouse in California, USA.
Orders shipping to other international destinations may be fulfilled from our logistics center in China or another international fulfillment partner.
If your prepaid plan includes multiple shipments, you may receive more than one tracking number over the plan period.
8. International Orders
International prepaid plan orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, VAT, GST, customs fees, brokerage fees, or other local charges.
Unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout, customers are responsible for these charges.
If a shipment is refused, unclaimed, returned due to unpaid customs fees, restricted by local regulations, or undeliverable due to incorrect address information, any refund or reshipment will be handled according to our Return & Refund Policy and may exclude shipping costs, duties, taxes, customs fees, and handling fees.
9. Address and Contact Information
You are responsible for keeping your shipping address, email address, phone number, billing information, and other contact details accurate and up to date throughout the prepaid plan period.
If your prepaid plan includes future shipments and your address changes, please contact us before the next shipment is processed: info@sumeo.com
SUMEO is not responsible for delayed, lost, returned, or miss delivered packages caused by outdated, incomplete, or incorrect customer information.
10. Gift Redemption Vouchers
Certain SUMEO prepaid plans may include gift redemption vouchers that can be shared with friends or family.
For example:
- A Half-Year Prepaid Plan may include one gift redemption voucher.
- An Annual Prepaid Plan may include three gift redemption vouchers.
The exact number of vouchers, eligible products, redemption value, expiration date, and any shipping or regional restrictions will be shown on the product page, checkout page, voucher email, account page, order confirmation, or related plan materials.
Each gift redemption voucher may be used to redeem one eligible SUMEO product set, as specified at the time of purchase or redemption.
Each voucher may be used only once.
11. Voucher Use
Gift redemption vouchers are intended to let prepaid plan customers share the SUMEO experience with friends or family.
Gift redemption vouchers may be sent by email, displayed in a customer account, included in order materials, or delivered through another method selected by SUMEO.
To redeem a gift voucher, the recipient may need to provide personal information such as name, email address, phone number, shipping address, and other information needed for fulfillment.
Recipient information will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.
12. No Cash Value
Gift redemption vouchers are promotional benefits of the prepaid plan and have no cash value.
Gift redemption vouchers cannot be:
- Redeemed for cash
- Refunded
- Exchanged for store credit
- Applied to previous purchases
- Combined with other discounts or promotions unless stated
- Resold
- Transferred for commercial purposes
- Used for unauthorized resale, bulk redemption, or fraudulent activity
13. Voucher Shipping, Taxes, and Duties
Unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout or in the voucher terms, gift redemption vouchers cover only the eligible product set.
Shipping fees, taxes, duties, customs fees, brokerage fees, VAT, GST, or other local charges may apply depending on the recipient’s location.
SUMEO may offer free standard shipping for voucher redemptions in selected regions, but such offers are subject to availability, destination, product type, shipping method, and the specific terms stated at the time of redemption.
Voucher redemption orders are subject to product availability, regional availability, shipping restrictions, carrier limitations, customs requirements, and local regulations.
14. Voucher Expiration
Gift redemption vouchers must be used before the expiration date shown in the voucher email, account page, product page, checkout page, order confirmation, or related voucher materials.
If no expiration date is stated, the voucher will expire 12 months after the original prepaid plan purchase date, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Expired vouchers cannot be reactivated, refunded, replaced, or exchanged for cash.
15. Lost, Shared, or Misused Vouchers
SUMEO is not responsible for lost, stolen, shared, misused, or unauthorized voucher codes once they have been issued to the customer.
Please share voucher codes only with trusted recipients.
SUMEO reserves the right to cancel, refuse, or limit voucher redemptions if we believe there is fraud, abuse, unauthorized resale, code sharing on public deal sites, excessive redemption activity, promotional manipulation, or violation of these Prepaid Plan Terms, Sale Terms, or Terms of Service.
16. Product Availability and Substitutions
SUMEO may update, improve, replace, or discontinue prepaid plan products, formulas, packaging, scents, accessories, gift sets, or bundles from time to time.
If a product included in your prepaid plan or voucher redemption becomes unavailable, delayed, discontinued, or restricted in your region, SUMEO may, at its discretion:
- Delay the affected shipment
- Substitute a comparable product
- Offer an alternative product
- Adjust the delivery schedule
- Issue a partial refund for the unavailable portion
- Cancel the affected portion of the plan or voucher redemption
Where a material change affects your prepaid plan, we will notify you when reasonably possible.
17. Product Updates
SUMEO may make product improvements during your prepaid plan period.
This may include changes to device specifications, packaging, formulas, scents, accessories, product design, materials, or other product details.
Product updates do not automatically entitle customers to refunds, replacements, exchanges, or upgraded products unless required by law or expressly offered by SUMEO.
18. Cancellations
Because prepaid plans are purchased upfront for a defined plan period, cancellation after purchase may be limited.
If you need to cancel a prepaid plan, please contact us as soon as possible at: info@sumeo.com
We cannot guarantee cancellation once the order or any scheduled shipment has entered processing, fulfillment, packing, or shipment.
If a cancellation is approved, any refund may be adjusted based on:
- Products already shipped
- Products already processed, packed, or prepared for shipment
- Discounts applied to the prepaid plan
- Gift redemption vouchers issued or redeemed
- Free gifts, samples, mystery gifts, or promotional items included
- Original shipping fees
- Return shipping fees
- Duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, or handling fees
- Payment processing or operational costs, where permitted by law
19. Refunds for Prepaid Plans
Refunds for prepaid plans are subject to our Return & Refund Policy and these Prepaid Plan Terms.
You may request to cancel the remaining unshipped portion of your prepaid plan.
If your request is approved, we may issue a prorated refund for the unshipped portion of your prepaid plan.
Any approved refund may be adjusted based on:
- Products already shipped
- Products already processed, packed, or prepared for shipment
- Discounts applied to the prepaid plan
- Gift redemption vouchers issued or redeemed
- Free gifts, samples, mystery gifts, or promotional items included
- Original shipping fees
- Return shipping fees
- Duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, or handling fees
- Any non-refundable charges permitted by applicable law
Once a scheduled shipment has entered processing, fulfillment, packing, or shipment, it may not be eligible for cancellation or refund.
Opened, used, unsealed, or damaged Bubble Serum, Scent Pods, fragrance-related products, liquids, personal care products, or hygiene-sensitive items are not eligible for return or refund.
Unopened and unused Bubble Serum or Scent Pods may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery if they are sealed, in original packaging, and approved by SUMEO before being sent back.
Bubble Maker devices, Clickers, and eligible electronic accessories may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, undamaged, and returned in original packaging with all included accessories.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return or cancellation request has been reviewed and approved.
20. Voucher Refund Rule
If a prepaid plan includes gift redemption vouchers and the prepaid plan is canceled, refunded, partially refunded, reversed, charged back, or found to be fraudulent, any unused vouchers associated with that prepaid plan may be canceled.
If a gift redemption voucher has already been redeemed, SUMEO may deduct the retail value of the redeemed product set, plus any applicable shipping fees, taxes, duties, customs fees, brokerage fees, handling fees, or other charges, from any eligible refund.
Gift redemption vouchers are promotional benefits of the prepaid plan and are not independently refundable.
21. Returns
Eligible products received through a prepaid plan may be returned only if they meet the requirements of our Return & Refund Policy.
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used Bubble Serum, Scent Pods, fragrance-related products, liquids, and personal care products cannot be returned.
If a prepaid plan included a bundle discount, gift redemption voucher, free gift, sample, mystery gift, or promotional item, the refund amount may be adjusted if the full qualifying order is not returned.
22. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If a prepaid plan shipment or voucher redemption shipment arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at: info@sumeo.com
Please include:
- Your order number or voucher redemption reference, if available
- A description of the issue
- Photos or videos showing the issue
- Photos of the outer shipping box
- Photos of the product packaging
- Photos of the product itself
After reviewing your case, we may offer a replacement, refund, store credit, repair support, or another appropriate solution.
23. No Cash Value for Plan Benefits
Prepaid plan benefits, discounts, gifts, vouchers, credits, or promotional items have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Unused benefits, gifts, vouchers, skipped shipments, or promotional items may not be transferable unless expressly approved by SUMEO.
24. Abuse of Prepaid Plans
SUMEO reserves the right to cancel, limit, refuse, or modify any prepaid plan, shipment, refund, return, voucher, or voucher redemption if we believe there is fraud, misuse, unauthorized resale, promotional abuse, payment abuse, chargeback abuse, excessive return activity, false claims, public code sharing, or violation of these Prepaid Plan Terms.
25. Changes to These Terms
SUMEO may update these Prepaid Plan Terms from time to time.
When we update this page, we will revise the “Last updated” date above.
The terms in effect at the time of your prepaid plan purchase will generally apply to that prepaid plan, unless otherwise required by law.
